Correspondencia entre el Sr. Manuel Gamio, Director de Antropología y el Gral. Alvaro Obregón, en la que el primero comunica al Gral. Obregón el cambio de nombre de la Dirección de Estudios Arqueológicos y Etnográficos; felicita al Gral. Alvaro Obregón y le anuncia la segunda edición de su libro "Forjando Patria". Artículo de la REVISTA MEXICANA en español e inglés, en la que el Sr. Gamio analiza nuestras condiciones históricas y la falta de conocimiento de nuestro pasado tanto por parte de nosotros mismos los latinoamericanos, como de los norteamericanos y propone algunas posibles soluciones; anexa opiniones que destacados mexicanos y extranjeros emiten sobre el artículo anterior: GAMIO, Manuel "El Empirismo de los Gobiernos Latinoamericanos" REVISTA MEXICANA, México, marzo 1919, pp.15,16,17,18,39,40,41,42. Carta del Gral. Alvaro Obregón al Sr. Manuel Gamio, felicitándolo por el artículo anterior. Folleto impreso con el mencionado artículo traducido al inglés: GAMIO, Manuel "Empiricism of Latin American Goverments | the Empiricism of their relations with the United States", México, Imprenta Nacional, S.A. 1919. Traducción de un artículo aparecido en la revista THE AMERICANJOURNAL OF SOCIOLOGY en el que se analiza la situación de México, sus condiciones económicas, políticas y sociales, así como sus posibles soluciones.
