El Sr. E. de Lascurain informa al Gral. Obregón que debe confiar en su amigo, el Gral. Francisco J. Múgica, ya que tanto el Partido Michoacano de Múgica como el Partido Libre Pensamiento formado por él, mandaron hacer propaganda en favor del Gral. Obregón y la repartieron.

Speers, periodista del NEW YORK TIMES, quien desea entrevistar al Presidente de la República y al Gral. Obregón. El Sr. Roberto V. Pesqueira recomienda con el Sr. Torreblanca al Sr. Gonzalo Jurado; transcribe al Gral. Obregón un mensaje sobre asuntos financieros. Designación del Sr. Roberto V. Pesqueira como representante del Gral. Obregón en la fiesta de la sociedad de la colonia americana con motivo del festejo de la Independencia de los Estados Unidos. El Gral. Obregón comunica al Sr. Pesqueira que ha ordenado al Gral. Garza le preste un auto. Respuesta de enterado. El Sr. Pesqueira comunica al Sr. Torreblanca que se ha enterado de la entrevista del Gral. El Sr. Fernando Torreblanca desea al Sr. Pesqueira buen viaje en su misión a California y le recuerda que utilice la clave telegráfica. El Sr. Pesqueira felicita al Gral. Obregón por su triunfo electoral; el Sr. J.H. Perestrejo le transcribe el mismo mensaje. Envío de informes del Sr. Roberto V. Pesqueira sobre su misión en California; comenta sobre la actitud política del Gobernador Esteban B. Cantú. El Sr. Pesqueira comunica al Gral. Obregón que sus enemigos políticos han manifestado que existe un alejamiento entre el Sr. Adolfo de la Huerta y el Gral. Obregón. Respuesta de enterado. El Sr. Roberto V. Pesqueira comunica al Gral. Alvaro Obregón, en la que el primero comunica al Gral. Obregón que el Senador Albert B. Fall espera su triunfo en las elecciones para que se inicien las relaciones diplomáticas entre México y los Estados Unidos; informa sobre la entrevista que tuvo el Sr. Fernando Iglesias Calderón con el Sr. Norman Davis y le envía recorte de prensa en el que se menciona la rebelión del Gral. Francisco Villa en Tamaulipas: "Envoy urges quick U.S. aid to Mexico. Cartas del Sr. Hopkins de Washington, D.C. al Gral. Alvaro Obregón, acompañadas de artículos de la prensa norteamericana y su traducción, relativas a la situación política en México y a las figuras públicas importantes. Copia para el Gral. Obregón de un memorándum que envía el Sr. Hopkins al Lic. Miguel Alessio Robles, sugiriendo que a los corresponsales extranjeros den copia de las declaraciones del Presidente para que no se malversen sus palabras y se desoriente a la opinión pública norteamericana. Copia traducida de un informe que el Sr. Hopkins envía al Sr. Judson C. Welliver, de la oficina del Senador Harding, en la que da una semblanza sobre la figura del Gral. Obregón y su línea política; felicita al Gral.Obregón por la excelente recepción que le hicieran en Texas. El Sr. Hopkins comunica al Gral.
