  • El Sr. García, de la Beneficencia Pública del Distrito Federal comunica a Soledad González, secretaria particular del Gral. PEC que Samuel O. Yúdico remitió el dinero que el Gral. PEC le envió al Sr. Ross, socio de la Compañía Minera de Guerrero. El Corl. José Alvarez, solicita al Pagador del Cuartel General de San Luis Potosí, ministre fondos al Mayor Rubén Ross, quien por orden del Gral. PEC irá a reclutar gente a Guanajuato y Michoacán para formar el 37º Batallón de Línea. El Mayor Rubén Ross informa al Gral. PEC sobre sus trabajos de reclutamiento.
